How it Works:

1. You send us information about where, when, what, number of party members, budget, and any other information necessary that you would like to include in your experience. 

2. We create a "Rough Draft" type of itinerary for you to make sure we are all on the same page. No worries, this can be changed, we need to come up with an estimate though!

3. Once you like the looks of the rough draft ideas and approve the estimated cost, we require a non-refundable $250 deposit (10% for trips over $10,000) to start the planning process.

That's it! From there you will get updates on your upcoming trip, as well as suggestions on restaurants to visit, sites of interest, gear you will want to bring, and more. We're here to be as completely involved as you want us to be through the entire process so that you can focus on getting excited about your trip!

Policy Statement

Welcome to Montana 406 Outdoor Adventures, your premier destination for outdoor adventure tours in Montana. We would like to remind all our clients that we are not responsible for any incidents that may occur during our tours. While we do our utmost to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our clients, there are inherent risks associated with outdoor activities that are beyond our control.

We work with carefully selected outfitters, guides, and venues to provide you with the best possible outdoor experience. However, we cannot be held responsible for the actions or negligence of these third-party providers. All our tours are conducted in accordance with industry best practices and local regulations, and we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Privacy Policy

We collect, use and disclose Personal Information to provide you with the product or service you have requested and to offer you additional products and services we believe you might be interested in. The purposes for which we collect Personal Information will be identified before or at the time we collect the information. In certain circumstances, the purposes for which information is collected may be clear, and consent may be implied, such as where your name, address and payment information is provided as part of the order process.

Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we offer a flexible refund policy to accommodate our clients.

You will be asked to place a nonrefundable deposit of $250 per person to begin securing the requested services. Any package over $10,000 will require a 10% deposit. All bookings must be paid in full 60-90 days prior to departure. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your deposit. Full payment is required prior to departure and receiving your final confirmation kit.

Forms of Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (AMEX PayPal only). We also accept Personal Checks and money orders. The total charges that you will pay for using our services will always be disclosed to you before you are asked for any payment. 

If you need to cancel your tour due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible so we can work with you to find a suitable solution. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find an alternative tour date or activity that meets your requirements.


Please note that if you fail to show up for your scheduled tour or arrive late, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule your tour. It is your responsibility to ensure that you arrive on time and are prepared for the tour.

By booking with Montana 406 Outdoor Adventures, you acknowledge and accept our policy regarding incidents and refunds. Service Fees

Our goal is to be as clear as possible about the service fees we charge. Please note that we already work with outfitters to bring you trips at almost always the same price as when booking through them. Fees are also subjective and the listings here are standard. We do give group and loyalty discounts. The breakdown of fees will be outlined precisely in your budget. Excellent service does cost money, but we will never hide our fees and clearly display them.

Supplier Imposed Fees:

  • Airline Ticketing $25 per passenger

  • Ticket Re-Issue Fee $35 per ticket

  • Hotel Cancellation Fee (1-night) on flexible bookings

  • Suppliers may pay us a 6-15% commission of the net booking value

  • Group Hotel Change Fee $25 per room

  • Group Hotel Cancellation Fee $25 per room + Hotel Penalty

  • Upgrades, seats, bags, priority (varies by airline)

  • Personal Concierge $FREE

Trip Concierge Travel Fees:

  • Ticketing Fees: $25 per ticket

  • Flight Hold Fees: $25 per passenger

  • Ticket Re-Issue Fee: $35 per ticket

  • Document / Invoice Retrieval Fee: $25 per item.

  • Group Service Contracts: 10-15% of total budget

  • Group Hotel Booking Fees: 15% of total net booking

  • Group Hotel Change Fees: $25 per room

  • Group Hotel Cancellation Fee: 15% of total net booking

  • Personal Concierge Services: TBD

  • Catering & Group Dining: 10% of net contract

  • Plane & Helicopter: 15% of net charter contract

Lifestyle Management Fees:

  • General Administrative Services $35 per hour

  • Executive Services: $150 per hour

  • Personal Shopping: Min $250 or 5% of total net purchases

  • Restaurant Reservations & Show Bookings: $50

  • Videography/Photography Services: 10% of net contract

  • Luxury Consulting: $1,000 min or 5% total net purchase
